As Father’s Day approaches this year – I search through old photos of special moments with my Dad. The time at the beach when it was just the two of us, leave footprints in the sand, listening to the water lapping at the beach, and we even built a sand castle. When we left that day, I felt that my Dad and I were closer than we had ever been. For years, he would call me his sand monkey. How I miss those special moments in real life, but down deep — those memories will never go away. I love you Dad.
